Who are we?
We are two sisters, Rachel and Caera, who have both been heavily influenced by the business world while growing up. Rachel, through past experience has become highly experienced with social media ads, while Caera had found her way in content creation. Both of us recognised that we had a passion to help people, and a knack in marketing, and decided- what better than to start a business together?
Our aim is to help local businesses scale, we love nothing more than working beside a business and seeing the incredible, positive impact to people when they realise their potential!
Rachel Balloch - CEO/ Ad Creation
Rachel is the CEO and owner of Evolve SMM. After spending 4 years getting an honours degree in accounting she started working in social media marketing. Good use of that 2:1 degree in accountancy Rachel.
After working internationally Rachel decided to set up Evolve SMM, specialising in helping local businesses grow!
Favourite thing? Travelling & the aurora!
Least favourite? Being cold (As seen above in Iceland)
Affectionately known as - Benjamin Button due to people always thinking she is the younger sister.
Caera Balloch - Ad Creation/ Appointment Setter
Caera is our ad creator (along with Rachel) and our appointment setter to get those leads into customers! Caera is currently studying marketing at uni, well done on getting a suitable degree Caera! Someone should have done the 👈same.👈
Caera started with social media management before putting that applicable degree to work with some practical experience!
Favourite thing? Reading!
Least favourite? Heights (As seen by the fake smile above, next to a 400m drop)
Affectionately known as - The auld yin
Bella - CHO (Chief Happiness Officer)
Bella is our blue staffy but most importantly our CHO. She enjoys treats, toys (especially footballs), walkies and joining in on meetings. She has also done social media content and ad content for clients!
She keeps everyone happy, except for the local cats. We're pretty sure she is the reason people love us, nothing to do with us providing great results and quality leads, right Bells?
Favourite thing? Everything, all the time!!!
Least favourite? Mum travelling.
